Do you arrange ROT / RUT deductions with the Swedish Tax Agency?

Yes, we do. Enter the full labor cost on the invoice draft and select ROT or RUT on the respective invoice line – we’ll take care of the rest.

For the customer, the amount is automatically reduced by 50% for ROT (in 2025) and 50% for RUT. Only the labor cost is reduced – all other costs, such as material costs, must be paid in full by the customer.

Please note that if the customer wants to use the ROT or RUT deduction, it is important that they check themselves whether their tax deduction has already been used. This information can be requested from the Swedish Tax Agency – neither you nor we can do this on their behalf.
