According to my customer, they have paid today in the morning, but I can not see it on my account with you?

If payment has been made via Bankgiro before 10 AM, we usually see it on the same day between 2-3 PM. If payment is made after 10 AM, we will receive notification the following day (weekdays) between 2-3 PM.
